Next Page Properties was founded by Rebecca Bauer with a simple realization: the traditional way of selling a home doesn’t work for everyone. When a property becomes a burden—whether due to repairs, probate, or financial stress—the last thing a homeowner needs is a complicated, 90-day listing process filled with strangers and "fix-it" lists.

We started this company to be the "Easy Button" for St. Louis homeowners. Based in Warrenton, we live and work in the same communities we buy in. From St. Charles to Soulard, we aren't just looking at data—we’re looking at homes in our own backyard.
