Our Story

Next Page Properties was founded by Rebecca Bauer with the goal of creating a legacy for her family — and the flexibility to raise her boys alongside her husband. As a team, we’ve poured that same heart and commitment into the work we do for our community.

Every house we buy has a story. Many of the families we serve are going through tough transitions — from medical hardship and job loss to divorce, foreclosure, or simply needing to move on. We're here to offer a fresh start — with dignity, compassion, and a process that truly works.

Who We Are

Rebecca leads property acquisition and marketing, while Joe manages construction. Their brother-in-law Mark is one of their go-to contractors. Their boys help with lawn care, property cleanup, and project support — making this truly a family effort.

For specialty work like roofing, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical, we partner with local subcontractors who share our commitment to quality and care.
